As you got the both options and their menu card right in front of your table. Interiors are something which creates a feel of a complete Filmy ambiance. Owner has done quite a research to put up all those Nostalgic filmy memories to your eyes. Read some Golden Dialogues or take a photograph with 3 Idiots special chairs. Cuz if you’re here then All is already well. A lot more to explore from. Filmy Flavours has got so many props that you can take selfies with.
Working staffs of the place are very nice and friendly. And they serve you very nicely if you opt for À La Carte and even if you opt for the Buffet system, there will be a staff dedicated for that place which will tell you the details about the food in those utensils. There has slightly difference in their buffet system. As that doesn’t includes drinks. Other than that you’ll get the whole meal including starters, main course and dessert. Buffet is a self service. And their dessert and dishes changes according to the day. Different dessert, different day. But the food items are unlimited including the dessert. Brownie point for that!
On the other hand À La Carte menu is something which is served on your table itself and It’s got a variety of food items to choose from. I had multiple items their including starters, main course and dessert. And here’s my review about them –
Blue Curacau: It’s nice in taste and presented with a Slice of lemon over the tip of the glass. Taste was lovely. Amount of Sugar was also fine.
Paneer Tikka: I tried three varieties of their Paneer Tikka including Kali Mirch Malai Paneer Tikka, Hari Chutney Paneer Tikka & Achari Paneer Tikka. Original Names were slightly funny though but if you order with these names. And I must say all of them were very nice. Specially that Hari Chutney Paneer Tikka in which they used a marination of Curd, Dhaniya Chutney and some spices. And that was Smoking Awesome!
Katrina Corn Tikki: In this, they combined some sweet corns with mashed potatoes and made out a Tikki. It was little bit rough though. As they could’ve make it more juicy in each bite. But still a nice try!
Gerua Garlic Naan: It was Simply Amazing with all those pieces of Garlic embedded to that Naan. Flavour was quite enough to satisfy your taste buds.
Gutthi Laccha Parantha: It was just like other Laccha Paranthas. Not so fancy though. It was bit uncooked in the middle and I didn’t like it that much.
Kumbh Makai Takatak: A very amazing fusion of Sweet corn and Mushrooms. If You’re looking for your vegetable option and if you like both corn and mushroom then it must the dish on your plate. Very well done combination.
Kadhai Paneer: It was Amazing. You’ll get some huge Paneer pieces dipped inside a very nice and rich gravy.
Kiwi Mousse: I had for my dessert and it was very nice. Although they could’ve added some diced kiwis in the middle of the mousse. Then it could’ve been even better. But still a nice thing to have it as your dessert.
Paan Singh Ice Cream: I must say something gorgeous about this dessert. Because it is The One dessert you must have. Their signature Ice Cream dish. And trust me, a flavor and a taste you don’t wanna miss. It was simply Amazing.
My overall experience of this place was great. I guess every Noida residing foodie must try this once. You’ll love it for sure. And yeah, make sure you make your reservations in advance for the place. Cuz it’s quite a busy café.
